SPECIAL EDUCATION BUS SERVICE
Transportation for Handicapped Students
Resident students who qualify for special education classes and are assigned to a school approved by the State Department of Public Instruction in this or a neighboring school district will be provided transportation as required by state and federal law pertaining to the education of handicapped students. When transportation by school bus is impracticable, the Board may require the parents or guardians to transport their children to the designated school; the parent or guardian will be reimbursed for such transportation as provided by law.
